Double eccentric flange butterfly valve

Application: drinkable water, durty fluids, sea water, industry.

CHARACTERISTICS
– Design in accordance to EN 593.
– Tightness in both ways.
– Assembling with preferential sense (the arrow on the body display the sense of fluid).
– Face to face in accordance with ISO 5752 serie 14, EN 558-1 serie 14, DIN 3202 F4.
– Double excentric type.
– Replaceable seat, no wrenkling possibility.

MATERIALS:
– Body and disc: ductile iron, steel.
– Disc gasket: EPDM.
– Seat: stainless steel.

COATING
– Epoxy painting.

WORKING CONDITIONS
– Working temperature: –15°C / 80°C.
– Maxi working pressure: 10, 16, 25 or 40 bar according to construction.

TESTING
– According to NF EN 12266-1 and NF EN 12266-2.

CONNECTION:
– Ductile iron construction: ISO PN 10 / 16 / 25 / 40.

OPERATING:
– Gear box with position indicator.
– Pneumatic actuator.
– Electric actuators 24, 48, 230/400 V single or three phases, 50 or 60 Hz.
