Flanged pneumatic ball valve

This product is used for open and close on the pipeline equipment in the field of oil, chemical, electric power,food, medicine,water supply program system. 

Applicable medium: corrosive and non-corrosive gas, semi-liquid, solid powder.

Main Features

1-A lock hole is set in the position of full open and full close to avoid operator's mis-operation.
2-A safe step is set underpart of stem to avoid stem emerged out if the pressure inside valve suddenly increased to ensure the safety.
3-A fire-resistance seal ring is set between Ball and valve seat, even if the valve seat meet the condition of burning damaged, the valve still in the status of sealing to ensure its safety.
4-Open/close is easily for rapid operation with long usage and safety life.
5-Excellent sealing function, sealing ring suited for valves seat is using PTFE etc flexible material to ensure the sealing property, and besides, the sealing force-load is strengthened more and more with the increase of valve pressure.
