This valve is featured by compact structure,small volume,light weight,outstanding seal,little leakage,remote control and spot operation.

Ventation butterfly valve is manufactured from welded steel, with advantage of short structure, light weight, easy installation. 

Motorized butterfly valve drive torque is small, flexible to open and close, easy to operate.

Ventilation butterfly valve body is equipped with an oil seal ring, and there is no viable gap between the sealing surfaces and the leakage rare is small. 

Ventilation valve of the expansion gap between disc equipped with a variety of actuators, such as manual actuator, worm gear actuator, pneumatic actuator, 

electric actuator, Ventilation valve is widely used in metallurgy, oil, electricity, building materials, miming and other industrial pipelines, to control and regulate the medium. 

Ventilation valve can be applicable medium: gas, dust-laden gas, flue gas and others.

PRODUCTS DESIGN FEATURES

Series of butterfly valve used in food,beverage,water treatment chemicals,industrial environment,such as high-rise buildings,

water supply and drainage pipeline for open/close(seal)or adjust medium flux.

1.Simple structure,small sizes,light weight and low installatoin dimensions.According to the types of body connection,

they are basically classified to wafer type(including lug wafer type),flanged and welded.

2.Sealing materials may be soft or hard,placed on body or disc,to meet different working conditions,and to effect good seal and long life.

Soft sealing structure(see fig.a),is applicable for single and double eccentric butterfly valves,pressure rating Class600.

Centered sealing structure is applicable for pressure atings≤Class 250.Sealing ring(PTFE) is placed on the valve body to feature the following:

A)To effect dependable sea with no need of accessorial sealing ring or metal bracing ring.

B)Bidirectional leakproof seal.

C)Little maintenance and long service lite.
